  • Gel stays flexible even when frozen
  • Packs are reusable and durable enough for clinical use
  • For cold therapy, store in the freezer and apply for no longer than 30 minutes
  • For heat therapy, heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating.
