FRAMES
2" x 3" x 11 gauge base and up rights, 2" x 2" x 11 gauge steel tubing welded in to place. Component parts are constructed of high tensile strength ¼"steel. Lifetime warranty against weld failure, bending and cracking of material. Rubber bumpers included for quiet impact.
WEIGHT STACKS
Solid steel with self aligning, graphite bushings, rubber bumpers for ultra smooth and quite movement comes with Lifetime Warranty.
CAMS
Specially designed to provide proper resistance through the entire range of motion, ¼"steel. Lifetime Warranty.
PILLOW BLOCK BEARINGS
Installed on pivot points of chest press, butter fly, and leg extension. 10 Year Warranty.
GUIDE RODS
Solid 1" round chrome plated for smooth movement 5 Year Warranty.
PULLEYS
Constructed of solid fiberglass reinforced nylon, double sealed bearings ½" shaft hole and shoulder bolt for smooth maintenance free movement all pulley housings are made from 8 gauge steel. 5 Year Warranty.
CABLES
Constructed ¼" galvanized military specs material, lubricated, black nylon coated. Air craft cable designed for easy replacement when needed.
UPHOLSTERY
Heavy commercial 40oz, bacteria resistant material. Full 3" high density foam padding with ¾"plywood base.
FINISH
All frames are ran through a 4 step , state of the art POWDER COATING PROCESS .This provides the highest quality painted finish available.
