How to Use:
- Prevent stiffness in shoulders and arms
- Improve circulation, muscle strength, and range of motion
- Increase muscle tone
- Open the door
- Place the anchor over the door so the rubberized grip is on the other side of the door
- Close the door
- Pull the anchor strap to be sure it is secure
- Lock door to prevent door opening while exercising
