• AchilloTrain is an active support for relief of the Achilles tendon.
• The anatomical contouring and compression promote proprioception and thus muscular stabilization.
• The viscoelastic insert runs alongside the Achilles tendon for uniform application of pressure and targeted intermittent compression during movement. This results in improved metabolism.
• Additional relief and reduction of painful irritation of the Achilles tendon is provided by the integrated viscoelastic heel wedge (raises heel approximately 6mm).
• A separate heel cushion is also provided for the unaffected leg to offset the length difference.
• Indications: Achillodynia (paratendinitis, tendinitis, Achilles bursitis); Follow-up treatment of Achilles tendon ruptures.
